Hybrid Working – the Best of Two Worlds

Office…working from home…mobile working…What is the best way for us as a company and for our employees?

During the pandemic we were all in “working from home”, now, since the beginning of July, we have all been back in the office. Both forms of working have their strengths and limitations and thus, we, at emmtrix, ultimately decided on a hybrid form of working (- an individual mix of office and mobile working).
